Booking guarantee

The reservation guarantee voucher guarantees that the chosen accommodation is available and in perfect condition for use throughout the booked period.
If there is any unforeseen event that makes it impossible to fulfill this guarantee, the inn is responsible for providing other accommodation of the same standard or higher than the one booked, at Pousada Natureza or another with the same characteristics.

Booking confirmation

To confirm the reservation and selected additional services, your credit card will be charged or a deposit of 50% of the reservation value will be received at the time of the request and the reservation will be guaranteed when the voucher with the payment receipt arrives in your email. mail.

The remaining 50%, if applicable, will be paid at check-in. Payment for consumption will be made at check-out.
Babies and Children: 0 to 5 years old are free, from 6 years old pay as an adult.</ p>

Cancellations and long delays

If there is no notice of delay, the reserved housing unit will be at the guest's disposal for a period of 12 hours after the check-in time, after which it will be considered a No Show and the unit will be put back up for sale, with no refund of the amount already paid.

• • Refundable cancellations, only for orders made 30 days in advance of the check-in date. And they will be paid within 60 days after the cancellation request.
  • Cancellations converted into daily rates, only for orders made 15 days in advance, from the day of check-in, when the reservation value will be converted into a credit valid for 60 days after the date of cancellation.
  • Cancellations after these deadlines are considered “NO SHOW”, and will not be refunded.
