RESERVATION GUARANTEE

The guarantee voucher of the reservation guarantees that the chosen accommodation is available and in perfect condition of use during the whole reserved period.
If there is any unforeseen circumstance that makes it impossible to comply with this guarantee, the hostel is responsible for providing other accommodation of the same level or higher than the reserved one, at Pousada Natureza or another with the same characteristics.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

For confirmation of the reservation and the additional services selected, it will be debited on the credit card or received a 50% deposit of the reservation value at the time of the request and the reservation will be guaranteed when the voucher with the payment receipt arrives at your e- mail address.
The remaining 50% and other charges, if any, will be paid at the time of check-out.
Babies and Children: pay the same value as an adult.

LONG CANCELLATIONS AND DELAYS

If there is no delay notice, the reserved housing unit will be available to the guest during the period of 12 hours after the check-in time, after which it will be considered as No Show and the unit will be put back on sale, with no refund of the value Already paid.

• Cancellations refundable, only for orders 30 days in advance, from the day of check-in.
• Cancellations converted into daily, only for orders 15 days in advance, from the day of check-in, when the value of the reservation will be converted into credit with validity of 60 days after the date of cancellation.
• Cancellation after these deadlines, are considered "NO SHOW", and will not be refunded.

In closed packages, even if the guest stays in the hostel for a time shorter than the one fixed for the package, the total value of the package will be charged.

SCHEDULES

Check-in: 14 hours
Check-out: 11 hours
Free earlier check-in and free late check-out: Only with the vacancy of the accommodation.
Being allowed the use of the common areas of the inn, such as swimming pool, restaurant, nursery and social bathroom.

Earlier check-in: 50% of the daily rate, upon prior consultation, when available.

Late check-out: 50% of the daily rate, upon prior consultation, when available.

The Forum of Valencia is elected to resolve any questions regarding reservations made at Pousada Natureza Ltda.
